Last February, Metro Magazine invited us to do a shoot for their April 2012 issue. Shot at the F1 Hotel in Bonifacio Global City, the shoot by photographer, Sara Black was a breeze! Thanks to the Metro Magazine team for such an easy shoot.

Please get a copy of Metro Magazine's April issue to see the finished product :-) Meanwhile, here's a short video that Chris, Jake, Darran, Nick & Kenny did during the shoot.

Did you miss Business Mirror's cover feature on the Volcanoes last December 8? Don't worry, we've posted a copy here for you to enjoy.

We've been asked what we do between matches at tournaments. Here are some of our pics from off the field taken at last month's Borneo 7s.

Matty's neck was hurting, so he iced it every chance he got.

We sit in the stands and watch the other matches. That's Rico on the lower left of the pic. He's our physiotherapist -- a very important part of the team!
Wolffie, Mark & Oli (Vice Captain)
This is Justin & Harry's attempt at a "candid" shot. Meanwhile, check out the gash on Mark's knee -- #ouch!
We talk about our next match. Those are Noel's (Team Manager) notes about the next team we're going to face and the tournament draw sheet.
We don't have to tell you that Rugby is tiring!!! So of course, we try to re-charge our batteries when we can. It would be nice to say we have a special area in the stadium where we can nap, but no, we just sleep in the stands. Haha!
Sometimes we have to do interviews. As Team Captain, Jake is usually the go-to guy for that. It's nice when kids come up to chat with us. Some even asked us to sign their shirts!
Most of all we think about why we do this and who we're doing it for. Those are Joe's hands, he wrote the team's motto - Respect, Discipline, Proudly Pinoy on his bandages.

I'd just like to thank all our fans for your support. These silver medals are even more special knowing we play for all Filipinos living at home and abroad.

Without you, these achievements would not be possible. Please continue to support your Volcanoes and we hope we can continue to make you proud.

Maraming salamat :-)
